Job description

We are looking for an experienced, bilingual (Spanish and English) Virtual Assistant with customer service experience to work with one of our valued clients. This role involves supporting them with various business process tasks, including admin support, client liaison, scheduling, social media, newsletter creation, website management, bookkeeping, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and clerical support
  • Client liaison, feedback, and support
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
  • Resolving customer issues and managing service requests
  • Schedule customer & sales appointments
  • Content development for social media
  • Graphic design using Canva or Adobe
  • Light bookkeeping & payment collection
  • Assistance with marketing and sales
  • Coordinating projects and initiatives
  • Editing photos, videos, and podcasts
  • Preparing customer newsletters & promos
  • Editing content like blogs and websites

You will be working with the same client and will be placed with one client permanently. Your shifts will be during EST hours.
