Job Description

The Manager - Client Accounts is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Argano's services. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver value and achieve client objectives. The Manager also support the sales team in acquiring new accounts, thereby driving revenue growth. They lead and mentor a team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure the delivery of solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and strategize to meet client goals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Address client issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and revenue.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities.

Minimum And/Or Preferred Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, expected.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue management.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting revenue targets.
