Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, driving solution delivery excellence that encompasses planning, execution, testing, cutover and hyper-care support.
  • Usually requires technical subject matter knowledge and practical application of system characteristics.
  • Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Drives oversight and direction to multiple project team and third party implementor(s), ensuring each workstream is on track to meet their milestones and deliverables.
  • Drives cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively controls and monitors the progress to ensure efficient and effective program delivery and escalates as needed.
  • Communicates project status, risks, and issues to executive management and stakeholders on an agreed-upon cadence basis.
  • Ensures that the project adheres to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures.
  • Conducts regular quality reviews, lessons learned of the project to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Owns project budget and schedule commitments and ensures that the project stays within budget constraints and is delivered on schedule.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Delivers program KPIs to meet strategic enterprise objectives.
  • Implements and ensures adherence to best practices for portfolio, program and project management and identifies opportunities for continuous improvements.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certified.
  • Proficient and practical knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) methodologies, and Planview and PowerBI reporting/dashboard tools
  • Proven experience in change management, risk management and embedding Project Management disciplines and governance in an organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving and leading matrixed team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent decision-making skills - ability to negotiate and balance decisions and priorities across needs of several stakeholders - makes timely decisions in the face of risk and uncertainty.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex and “technical speak” into business terminology and collaborate across matrixed team.
  • Proven situational leadership with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Performs work without appreciable direction and instills “drive to win” mindset under pressure.
