Job description

We seek a skilled individual to spearhead the strategic planning, development, innovation, and implementation of technical solutions that enhance multimedia storytelling initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of emerging trends related to web3 technology possibilities in the gaming industry and a proactive approach to identifying and seizing innovative opportunities.

Responsibilities

Set up and optimize technical infrastructure for multimedia projects.
Suggest and implement improvements to technical processes and systems.
Develop strategic technical foundations for projects.
Participate in hands-on technical tasks and support team members.
Stay updated with industry trends to enhance team capabilities.
Future management of a small team.

REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in the gaming industry.
Strong background in web & mobile development, especially architecture.
Experience working with Unity engine.
Frontend and backend development skills.
Experience building databases and working with APIs.
Ability to work 20-25 hours per week as a contractor (possibility to have a full-time contract after several months of working in the company).
Leadership experience.
