As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will develop mastery in the purchasing processes and maintain relationship with selected key suppliers and internal users, from all functions of our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Audit and perform Goods receipt for service and goods on behalf of business owners.
  • Resolving day to day procurement issues using tactical systems and purchasing tools.
  • Defining improvement plans and recommending potential solutions to issues together with various parties involved, having governance role over invoice statuses handled by other organizations
  • Acting as first level of support to internal users for all site purchase to payment matters, including technical issues (after user self-service).
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing and Accounting organization on ensuring compliance on each requisition and on time vendor payments.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relations with users, or sourcing buyers

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree graduate
  • Very good English & Romanian languages skills
  • Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Strong time management and collaboration skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP/ BW) and master data tools will be preferred.
  • Knowledge and use of procurement tools and applications will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of accounts payable (invoicing) principles and processes.
