Inspector (IT and Agricultural Sectors) 

Location: Nordic Region (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland) – Home-Based with Travel 
Travel Requirement: Approximately 70% 
Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote

We are seeking an Inspector with expertise in Health & Safety and ISO standards within the IT and Agricultural sectors (Food and Fishery). This role involves performing detailed inspections to assess client compliance, delivering actionable feedback, and promoting industry-leading safety and quality standards. 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Conduct on-site inspections within IT, food, and fishery sectors, assessing compliance with ISO, Health & Safety, and regulatory standards. 
  • Identify and document quality issues, potential risks, and areas for improvement, providing clients with actionable feedback for compliance. 
  • Prepare inspection reports and collaborate with client teams to ensure corrective actions align with industry best practices. 
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes and sector-specific advancements to maintain a high standard of inspection. 
  • Travel throughout the Nordic countries to conduct inspections, leveraging flexibility for client interactions and scheduling. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 3-8 years’ experience in inspection, quality control, or compliance within the IT or agricultural (food and fishery) sectors. 
  • Must have IRCA and other relevant ISO certifications. 
  • Health & Safety certification preferred. 
  • Fluent in English and B1 level or higher in one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Icelandic). 
  • Must reside within the Nordic region and hold a valid residence permit.
