Lime is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Systems team! This position entails taking responsibility for the optimization and support of our core business applications, including NetSuite, Arena, Oracle FAH, Coupa and Snowflake. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to drive impactful system improvements, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your role will involve analyzing complex business needs, shaping solutions, and collaborating with leadership to support key strategic initiatives. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial part in enhancing the in-house capabilities of the Business Systems team to meet evolving business demands.

What you'll do: Coordinate and organize workshops with internal stakeholders to define business processes, document requirements, and create clear, actionable system documentationAnalyze business needs, recommend solutions, and develop test scenarios and cases to ensure successful system enhancements, in coordination with solution implementation partnersAssist in the implementation and optimization of new features and tools to support company growthAssist in compliance adherence to company policies and regulatory standards in the administration and use of business systems.Support data conversion and integration efforts, including data mapping between systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.About you: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting , Supply Chain or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years experience in business systems analysis, ERP systems implementation/administration, or a similar role.Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP functionality, including system configuration and familiarity with integrations.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.Hands-on experience with documenting processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Preferred Experience
Experience in system integrations across multiple platforms (e.g., Arena, Snowflake).Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for managing projects and driving system improvements.Certification in ERP systems like NetSuite or relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP).Prior experience in managing vendor relationships and collaborating with third-party implementation partners.The anticipated salary range for this position is CA$ 73,000 - CA$ 119,000. Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable performance-bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
