Program process

Our training program consists of two stages. The first two months involve self-study, practical tasks and Q&A sessions. During this period, you will learn IT fundamentals, understand the role of a Business Analyst, explore software development processes and master essential BA and AI tools, among other topics.

The second stage, lasting up to three months, offers collaboration with trainers who act as stakeholders. You will gain practical knowledge in engaging with them, addressing issues and creating business analyst documentation.

The program concludes with a technical interview, paving the way for you to pursue a career path that aligns with your newly demonstrated skills and available opportunities within EPAM.

What You Have

  • English level from B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and higher
  • Degree and/or practical experience in biology, chemistry, bioinformatics or other related fields
  • Familiarity with international HIPAA, ISO, ICH, EMA and FDA standards
  • Competency in using laboratory information systems (LIMS, LIS, ELN, CDS, SDMS, etc.)
  • Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills


Nice to Have

  • General understanding of the IT industry and the Business Analyst role
  • Qualifications in one or several areas: Clinical Trials, Internet of Medical Devices (IoMD), Drug Production & Manufacturing, Genomics, etc
  • Hands-on experience in working in research, analytical or production laboratories
