This is a remote position.

Project Description

The client eads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centred clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Requirements
Role: Business Analyst 

Mandatory: 
1. Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.  Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
2. Degree, diploma, or certificate in business analysis. Proof of the degree, diploma, or certification shall be provided with the response.
3. Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification.  Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.

Skills and Experience:

- 10 years’ experience performing business and systems analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities.  Duties should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie. 
- 10 years’ experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting.
- 7 years’ experience implementing or upgrading the Allscripts suite of applications in a clinical environment including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders.
- 3 years’ experience directly configuring hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record) applications including Admission Discharge Transfer (ADT) and Clinical Documentation modules.
- 5 years’ experience in a project team lead role directing and planning the work of a team of analysts in healthcare information systems projects.
