As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of a request management solution that meets the needs of our healthcare clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and operations, to ensure that our solutions deliver exceptional value to our customers. Your focus will be on aligning product strategy with customer goals, unlocking new opportunities, and enhancing our service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end product management process for the request management solution, from conception through implementation and beyond.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with customer needs and business objectives.
Work closely with the design team to ensure that deliverables are user-centric, effective, and meet the goals of our customers.
Drive the implementation of the solution using
Next.js for the frontend and AWS for backend services, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product enhancements and new features.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and customer satisfaction.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among design, development, marketing, and support teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Communicate product updates, strategy, and vision to stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, particularly in AI, to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that their needs and goals are at the forefront of product development.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech consultancy or healthcare environment.
Technical Skills:
Proven experience with
Next.js and AWS solutions, with an understanding of their application in product development.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
Language Skills:Advanced+ English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive and collaborative mindset, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and relationship-building.
Enthusiasm for AI and leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer value.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
