Location: Remote & “1-2 weeks” WFO every 3 months | candidates based in Hyderabad preferred.

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our customer’s social ad campaigns, Social Media Post Content, Brand Guide while managing a team of 10-15 members to handle ~4000 plus customer base. The candidate should have extensive experience in Social media Platform, Creating Post content & Paid Marketing in the US market. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Ad Management: Strategize, execute, and oversee paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads to drive engagement, brand visibility, and conversions.
  • Content Creation: Create social media content for various customers based on the customer implementation guidelines, Brand guide and Industry.
  • Hashtag Strategy: Leverage and optimize hashtag usage across social media platforms to increase reach and engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 10-15 members, setting clear performance goals, offering feedback, and fostering professional growth.
  • Campaign Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights for ongoing optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on the latest trends in digital marketing, platform updates, competitor activities, and US market shifts.
  • Collaboration Mindset: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SEO team, designers, and developers, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across digital channels.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve processes, and enhance team efficiency to drive better results.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of job experience of 7+ years with the latest 5+ years in social ads of experience in digital marketing and the recent 2+ years handling campaigns for the US market. Proven experience in managing a team of 10+ members.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Journalism or a related field preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ad Manager).
    • Creating Post Content for customers
    • Copywriting specialist.
    • Proficient in hashtag strategy and content optimization.
    • Capable to manage ~4000 customers base per month on various platforms
    • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing and managing high-performing teams.
    • Data-driven mindset with working knowledge in ad analytics to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and US market-specific dynamics.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in digital collaboration tools (like Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace) and marketing tools.
