Requirements

  • Familiarity with procurement processes and bid management, including the ability to negotiate and compare offers effectively
  • Strong writing skills with a talent for preparing clear, concise, and compelling proposals
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Adaptability and quick learning aptitude to handle various tasks and adapt to changing requirements in the government contracting landscape
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for research, data analysis, and proposal preparation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience or knowledge of government contracting processes is a significant advantage
