Job description

Your mission
As Customer Success Manager you play a key role in shaping customer success and satisfaction. You will guide our customers throughout their journey with Rencore; from supporting Sales during pre-sales, onboarding new customers, developing and maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes, to renewals and upselling. You will act as the voice of the customer and work collaboratively with our Support, Sales, Product and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless experience.  
Your profile
Responsibilities     
  • Deliver a consistent world-class customer experience 
  • Maintain strong relationships to increase adoption, loyalty and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to engage with potential customers, assist with their first experience with our product and highlight product benefits  
  • Onboard new customers and ensure that they are set up for success and achieve their desired outcomes through product overviews and training session 
  • Drive usage and advise on product updates and best practices 
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendation
  • Proactively identify, address and manage customer issues 
  • Provide high-level technical and product support to resolve technical matters 
  • Act as the voice of the customer 
  • Prioritize customer feedback with the Product team and contribute to the product roadmap 
  • Build customer testimonials and referrals 
  • Increase renewal rates, reduce churn, and identify upselling and expansion opportunities 
  • Ensure data quality in our CRM (HubSpot)

Our ideal candidate  
  • Will convey to us in a cover letter the value they bring to our team
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Has excellent verbal and written German and English communication skills. Other language skills are a plus
  • Experience with M365; working knowledge a plus
  • Technical affinity and knowledge
  • Is willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Feels confident in an environment of hands-on operations as well as creative thinking
  • Is a true team player
  • Demonstrates a “going the extra mile” mindset with a customer centric approach. Has empathy and the ability to understand and meet the customer’s needs
  • Is highly organized, self-driven and able to multi-task
  • Able to establish and cultivate positive connections with customers and colleagues
  • Can address, communicate and resolve disagreements effectively
