Your mission
As Customer Success Manager you play a key role in shaping customer success and satisfaction. You will guide our customers throughout their journey with Rencore; from supporting Sales during pre-sales, onboarding new customers, developing and maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes, to renewals and upselling. You will act as the voice of the customer and work collaboratively with our Support, Sales, Product and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless experience.â¯â¯
