We're seeking a motivated and experienced Transportation Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day transportation operations and lead our team of CDL Drivers to achieve exceptional service, production, and quality metrics. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our operations and contribute to the success of our organization.

PAY: $73,000- $75,000
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed)
HOURS: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Expect to be on-call)
LOCATION: 6401 W. 106th Street #801, Bloomington, MN 55420
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage a team of couriers to ensure high levels of service, production, and quality metrics are achieved
- Plan and manage staffing levels, training, recruiting, and performance evaluations
- Oversee daily operations, including route management, workload assignments, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures, as well as transportation regulations and laws
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years of experience in transportation management or a related field
- High school diploma required, 4-year college degree preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience with transportation operations, logistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decision
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
- Desired but not required a CDL Commercial Driver’s License A or B class
