Join Our Team as a Transportation Supervisor and Lead Our Secure Shredding Drivers to Success!

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Transportation Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day transportation operations and lead our team of CDL Drivers to achieve exceptional service, production, and quality metrics. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our operations and contribute to the success of our organization.

PAY: $73,000- $75,000

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed)

HOURS: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Expect to be on-call)

LOCATION: 6401 W. 106th Street #801, Bloomington, MN 55420

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage a team of couriers to ensure high levels of service, production, and quality metrics are achieved
  • Plan and manage staffing levels, training, recruiting, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee daily operations, including route management, workload assignments, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures, as well as transportation regulations and laws
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years of experience in transportation management or a related field
  • High school diploma required, 4-year college degree preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience with transportation operations, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decision
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
  • Desired but not required a CDL Commercial Driver’s License A or B class
