Job Title
Technical Consultant

Job Description

As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing healthcare IT solutions, specifically radiology systems. You will need to have experience in this field, including knowledge of RIS/PACS, interoperability standards, and advanced imaging visualization software.

Your role:

  • RIS/PACS Solutions Implementation:
    Manage the installation, configuration, and deployment of RIS/PACS systems in hospitals and clinics, ensuring proper integration with other clinical systems (HIS, EMR, etc.).

  • Interoperability:
    Ensure seamless interoperability between RIS/PACS and other hospital information systems, using standards such as DICOM, HL7, and FHIR to optimize workflows and access to medical information.

  • Advanced Imaging Visualization:
    Ensure the proper configuration and optimization of advanced imaging visualization software, enabling radiologists and other specialists to access and process high-quality diagnostic images for clinical analysis.

  • Technical Support and Training:
    Provide continuous technical support to customers during and after implementation, addressing issues and questions related to the use of the solutions. Train clinical and technical staff on the effective use of the implemented systems.

  • Project Management:
    Estimate project timelines, manage documentation of work hours and reports, and measure customer satisfaction using metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS).

  • Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
    Monitor and evaluate the performance of the implemented systems, proposing technical improvements and adjustments to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You're the right fit if

  • you have Experience in implementing RIS/PACS systems and interoperability solutions in clinical environments, especially in radiology and other diagnostic areas.

  • Knowledge of configuring and optimizing advanced diagnostic imaging visualization software.

  • Familiarity with interoperability standards such as DICOM, HL7, and FHIR.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.

  • Experience implementing projects, with a focus on technical documentation and customer satisfaction using metrics such as NPS.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for project implementation, technical support, and customer training at client sites.
