The Opportunity
 

Adobe is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who will apply AI and machine learning techniques to next-generation intent systems to optimize the experience of its customers.

By using predictive models, experimental design methods, and optimization techniques, the candidate will be working on the research and development of exciting projects like multimodal intent understanding, next-generation content search and discovery, and real-time user project generation.

Job Description

                  

• Work with large amounts of data at Adobe to build next-generation search experiences, knowledge bases, and multimodal intent understanding systems;
• Develop scalable and high-quality algorithms and models based on state of the art machine learning methods
• Work with customers of the platform to tune the platform for each use case;
• Optimize performance of the multimodal intent platform by tracking metrics and improving the scoring and recommendation systems;
• Work with other engineering and research teams to explore new features for the platform;
• Develop prototypes to help with future exploration.

Requirements

• Fluency in one of Python/ C++ /Scala
• Knowledge of machine learning or deep learning research.
• Knowledge of how to process/query big datasets Knowledge of algorithm complexity
• Experience training and assessing performance of machine learning algorithms Interfacing machine learning models with user telemetry systems/databases

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $135,200 -- $250,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
