The Enhanced Markets Partner Management team at Zillow is dedicated to building and running the support strategy and resources for Flex Partners via the Growth Advisor (GA), including Sales Operations priorities. Our team focuses on agent adoption strategy for technology and best practices for the Integrated Transaction. We aim to build and reinforce our agent relationships through In-Market Engagement, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, Activation, and Impact, ensuring exceptional experiences for all involved. About the role
As a Senior Training & Development Manager within the Enhanced Markets Partner Management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our support strategy and resources for Flex Partners through the Growth Advisor (GA) program, including Sales Operations priorities. Your primary objective will be to drive agent adoption of technology and best practices for the Integrated Transaction, ensuring both our partners and Growth Advisors are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
Responsibilities include:
Demonstrate expertise in guiding high-level discussions, asking probing questions, and demonstrating active listening to drive deeper engagement
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Zillow and the Flex programs, products & services, stay abreast of industry trends and develop expertise in specific areas to contribute to the organization's strategic goals
Understand and retain the content for numerous courses and manage a library of complex content
Utilize virtual training platforms, Google Suite tools, and other online collaboration software to create interactive and impactful training experiences
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior trainers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Collaborate with the Training & Development Manager and other roles within the business to determine priorities, and develop and execute strategic training plans that align with organizational goals and drive partner success
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $97,400.00 - $155,600.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
5+ years of virtual facilitation experience, with significant experience in the real estate industry
Internal frontline team training experience
Proven experience and proficiency in adult training and coaching techniques
A strong communicator, collaborator, and strategic contributor
Ability to learn and master new subject matter in a short period of time
Familiarity with curriculum development and instructional design, with a track record of creating impactful training programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly
