As part of our Compliance team, we are looking for a detail-oriented HR Compliance Specialist who will help ensure our employee and client files adhere to state and regulatory guidelines. This position offers flexibility with remote work, and occasional travel to our headquarters in Liberty Lake, WA is required.

Job Overview:

As an HR Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in reviewing and maintaining compliance for employee records, ensuring that all necessary documentation and certifications are up-to-date. This role is integral in upholding the highest standards of compliance for both our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general compliance reviews for employee files, including but not limited to:
    • Auto Insurance
    • Driver’s Licenses
    • Motor Vehicle Reports
    • Background Checks
    • Healthcare Licenses
    • Continuing Education
  • Monitor and track compliance documents to ensure they meet state and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with employees to request and verify necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance team to address and resolve compliance issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience working with various systems and software.
  • Must be comfortable working remotely with occasional travel to Liberty Lake, WA.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
