Inside Real Estate is seeking Business Development Representatives to support our growing Sales team As the tip of the spear, the Business Development team is responsible for cold calling, following up with leads through sequences, prospecting new business, and scheduling product demonstrations for our sales teams.

While we love someone who can drive a conversation, we are more interested in your ability to actively listen and ask great questions.
You’ll also be responsible for working closely with the Marketing team, documenting daily engagement in Salesforce.com, and transitioning qualified opportunities to SE's.
As a part of the Business Development Team, you will be responsible for:
- Making a minimum of 80 outbound cold calls per day
- Prospecting new business opportunities through different channels
- Schedule qualified appointments for the outbound sales teams to attain a monthly quota
- Achieve or exceed sales metrics and revenue targets for your position
- Manage and update a Customer Relations Management (CRM) database
- Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as defined by management
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by management
You’ll really impress us if you have:
- Prior Saas experience or full cycle sales experience
- A background in Real Estate
- Cold Calling experience
- Salesforce experience
