Reporting to the Sr. Manager Global Supply Chain Excellence, the Sr. Analyst Supply Chain Security will be responsible for the on-going support and improvement of the global security program within the Littelfuse operating system.  This role will support the implementation of strategic initiatives set forth by senior leadership to improve global capability and increase process efficiency in all areas of Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global implementation and ongoing improvement of the Security Program elements of the Littelfuse Operating System to enable excellence in business performance.

  • Support the deployment & implementation of approved tools/systems and ensure that consistent/standardized processes are maintained across the supply chain.

  • Enable effective decision making by utilizing MRP Systems, Power BI, SQL, and excel to analyze data and optimize Supply Chain Performance.

  • Support the disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure continuity and recovery of critical business operations in the event of a disruption

  • Assist in the development and implementation of business continuity plans and strategies to ensure overall organizational resilience

  • Identify and implement corrective actions to drive supply chain improvements

  • Collaborate with internal teams and global systems integrators to meet organizational needs

  • Support organizational projects aimed at improving delivery, reliability, and agility

  • Establish an ongoing review of program to ensure best practices are captured and the program is up to date

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and evaluate emerging risks and threats to proactively update and enhance business continuity strategies

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for security related audits, assessments

  • Support with annual CTPAT certifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain

  • 5+ years Supply Chain experience; focus on development of skills in continuous improvement, quality and/or operations process improvement

  • 2+ years of experience in trade compliance, sustainability, third party risk management, global supply chain compliance, or a related field with a focus on supplier risk management, forced labor screenings, or customs compliance

  • CTPAT experience preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex risks and develop effective mitigation strategies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present information to stakeholders

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business continuity planning software

  • Experience with emergency management and crisis response planning
