Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst with French & English to join our team.

  •  ​Experience or a clear interest in customer service 
  • and customer satisfaction.
  • Ideally a degree in purchasing, supply chain or 
  • logistics
  • Strong problem solving, decision making skills
  • Experience of working with airlines
  • Strong ability to adapt in a dynamic and changing 
  • environment
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Fundamentals of project and process 
  • management, experience with KPIs
  • Focused on customer satisfaction

Qualifications
  • ​​​​​​Analyse customer demand and the applicable specifications and requirements, identify urgency and apply associated processes to respond to the need.
  • Identify all potential solutions (stock, repair order, purchase order, loan order, standardised changes, swaps of solutions with other priorities, among others).
  • Process the booked solution and maintain a clear communication flow with the customer focal point (FCO).
  • Align all parties involved to move the process forward in order to deliver on time and quality to the customer.
  • Participation in the weekly operations meeting, presenting weekly KPIs, escalating potential issues and proposing solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Attend meetings set up with FCOs to respond to complex customer demands and crisis management.
  • Ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.
