Responsibilities:
Calculate and set target inventory levels to maintain optimal inventory availability.
Collaborate with analyst and development teams to improve replenishment model algorithms.
Collaborate with the logistics team to eliminate deviations and reduce lost profits.
Verify the correctness of master-date and algorithmically calculated values, generate normative values and deviation limits.
Participate in operational planning of departmental and cross-functional team activities.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of inventory management and supply chain planning methods and their applicability limits: min-max, safety stock, stock buffer, demand driven, and others.
Experience in inventory management average pool SKUs (2.000+).
Ability to investigate the deviations in the work processes in their area of responsibility, resolve disputes independently or escalate them to the manager.
Knowledge of the basics Lean, TOC, 6 Sigma.
Proficient Excel user: LookUp, Pivot tables, Power Query.
Language skills: Russian = fluent, English = B1+ (Intermediate and higher, primarily reading & writing skills with the help of online translators).
Completed higher education, preferably majoring in mathematics, economics or logistics.
