How can you make an impact?

The Agile Expedition Guide works to execute the Transformation strategy within the enterprise. They work in conjunction with delivery leadership to educate and propagate information concerning the high-level Transformation strategy as communicated by the Transformation Lead.Ultimately, the Expedition Guide owns the outcomes-based plan for their Expedition and the strategy alignment to delivery needs.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States and requires up to 15% travel for the year.

What you will be doing:

  • Articulate where an Expedition lies on the business unit’s strategic roadmap
  • Demonstrate organization-wide Agile adoption strategies and rollout plans including strategies for dealing with dependencies and resistance
  • Collaborate with the Expedition and Transformation team to develop and maintain a Transformation backlog
  • Facilitate Transformation team cadence meetings
  • Utilize metrics to be able to continuously show delivery progress to the business
  • Utilize metrics to be able to identify areas to improve delivery

  • Project management experience
  • Leadership experience is preferred
  • Agile experience is preferred

The pay range for this position is between $80,000 - $140,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
