Are you a skilled Eloqua campaign developer with a passion for digital marketing and customer engagement? We're seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic team and help drive our client's multi-channel marketing strategies.

Role Overview:

• Assist the CRM team in executing complex, large-scale brand campaigns to increase customer acquisition and ongoing engagement
• Implement various third-party, cross-channel campaigns, offers, audiences, and messaging, including workflow, timelines, asset development, and deadlines
• Develop communication cadence with strategy, creative, and technology teams to establish campaign production priorities, milestones, and deadlines
• Configure campaigns, journeys, and messages in the Eloqua tool according to provided business requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external teams, providing support and troubleshooting for campaign, offer, audience, and message setup
• Assist with campaign calendar management and work closely with the strategy team to secure campaign launch timings
• Proactively recommend improvements to campaign execution based on platform capabilities and functionality
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, Marketing, Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in HTML and knowledgeable about best practices for digital message rendering across email clients and devices
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage multiple projects and clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
• Adaptable, solution-focused, and willing to work both independently and in a team setting
• Eagerness to learn new platforms and their capabilities, as well as strong troubleshooting skills
