We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across Salesforce products and a strong ability to lead technical teams, design solutions, and manage client relationships to ensure project success.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
  
  

Certifications Required:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II
• Salesforce Application Architect
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Databricks, and Experience Cloud (Sites/Communities) to build robust solutions.
• Leverage expertise in APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Experience (Aura and LWC) to design and develop complex applications.
• Lead and mentor senior technical teams, providing guidance and supporting best practices across projects.
• Design solutions using both Custom and Out-of-the-Box (OOB) Salesforce components based on client needs.
• Drive Data and Metadata Migration strategies and ensure seamless integrations using middleware tools, REST & SOAP APIs.
• Manage and articulate technical architecture and tool choices to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Use Agile methodologies and SDLC for efficient project execution and implementation.
• Create and maintain best-practice documentation and policy frameworks across the practice.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Force.com Platform and its applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks/tools (e.g., Angular, jQuery).
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on process improvement and technical innovation.
• Effective communication skills with proven success in client satisfaction and project outcomes.
• Knowledge of business processes including the entire quote-to-cash lifecycle, data structuring, syncing, and migration.
