Job Summary

As a Senior Java (11152), you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.

Your responsibilities will include leading and actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of our software projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

Design, code, and deploy Java-based applications and microservices that meet business requirements while ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and enforce coding standards to improve team productivity and ensure quality across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
Strong problem solving and coding skills.
Experience with Java
Experience with micro-service architecture and systems design.
Experience developing highly scalable backend microservices.

Nice to have:

BS, MS or PhD degree in computer science, related field or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of data structure and algorithms and an ability to use them practically when implementing solutions.
Experience shipping high-quality product features on schedule.
Experience handling complex problems at scale.
Experience with one of the following databases: MySQL, Oracle.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Proven experience with leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
Knowledge of the logistics and freight industry is a plus.
Experience with React is a plus.
