Job description

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Delivery Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

Regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. Addressing concerns and providing updates on project progress
Defining the project scope, objectives, and deliverables - developing a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, and dependencies functional specifications and technical requirements
Identifying stakeholders and establish communication channels, working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse project requirements
Сonducting a feasibility study and risk assessment for the project, creating a risk management plan and mitigation strategies
Working with projects in collaboration with legal, tech teams etc
Developing communication plans to keep all parties informed of project progress
Creating and maintaining project documentation (according to company’s procedures), including project plans, requirements, design specifications, and progress reports. Ensuring all documentation is accessible and organised
Via monitoring systems tracking project progress, identifying issues, and ensuring adherence to the project plan. Managing all developments process tasks, controlling project’s scope and timeframes
Conducting a project closure meeting to review achievements, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.
Documenting the project's success and areas for improvement for future reference
Conducting kick off and demo sessions about SOFTWISS product
Working on 4 projects simultaneously
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Experience needed:

4+ year experience working as a Project Manager and/or Team Manager in a software development company
Advanced English and Russian level (C1)
Experience managing a development team in a full software development lifecycle from requirements to delivery
Understanding major principles and methodologies of project/delivery management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Professional Project Management/Agile certifications

Nice to have:

Knowledge of the technologies used by software development teams
Programming skills and knowledge of development environments
Experience in running/organising workshops and training sessions will be a plus
