Job description

Your role...

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to fill the role of Insurance Phone Audit Center Coordinator. This position requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently. The primary responsibilities include managing office operations, assisting with customer service, and supporting audit processes.

After 3 months you will...

  • Demonstrate active listening and clear communication, including the ability to effectively understand and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Address complaints and conflicts with professionalism and calmness.
  • Quickly identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Be a lead for the team when the PAC Manager is off-site.
  • Assist auditors and customer service team members when PAC Manager is off-site.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate office events and celebrations, such as birthdays and team-building activities.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is beneficial.
  • A strong understanding of audit processes and procedures is a plus.

Your Compensation…
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $12.73 per hour $26.75 per hour.

The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
