Core Responsibilities

Ensures overall engagement-team efficiency and client satisfaction.
Interprets overall engagement results and communicates these results in an understandable manner to the client.
Responsible for ensuring the engagement team is provided with frequent on-the-job feedback and invested in the engagement team's development and overall career success.
Builds highly effective working relationships with clients and is the client's Trusted Advisor.

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; Master's degree a plus.
CPA Certificate.
Must successfully pass a background check.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Essential Functions

Responsible for overall completeness and accuracy of client deliverables.
Responds quickly to any issues identified by the engagement team and the client and works with the client to develop and implement solutions.
Applies industry and professional expertise to recommend innovative solutions to client's business problems.
Makes sure that charge-ability and efficiency targets are met.
Identifies/participates in new business development opportunities and actively participates in proposal meetings with prospects.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Participates and/or conducts technical training sessions as needed
Embraces organizational change and encourages ongoing firm-wide innovation
Ability to identify and propose resolutions to complex accounting issues
Demonstrated advanced project management skills
Ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
