Senior Audit Associate

We are seeking a skilled Auditor to join our team and contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and accounting, specifically in Singapore accounting firms. 

Job Description

• Conduct thorough and accurate audits for a portfolio of Singaporean SME clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, identify risks, and provide valuable insights to enhance financial performance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
• Execute audit procedures, document findings, and communicate results to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices, incorporating updates into audit processes as needed.
• Foster strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and providing proactive guidance on financial matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CPA) is an added bonus.
• Proven experience in audit roles within an accounting firm, with 2-3 years of exposure.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and regulations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
