Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic professionals with a leadership mentality in IT Solution sales (distinct from IT product sales) who have robust consultative sales experience in Data Analytics. This remote position is focused on nurturing senior-level relationships with key stakeholders and delivering outstanding business outcomes through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders across various sales functions, including Sales Directors and Channel Directors, to comprehend their unique needs and foster collaboration.
  • Possess substantial expertise in selling IT services, guiding the complete sales cycle, and expanding existing client portfolios while proactively identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Take ownership of business planning, which includes establishing financial targets, managing proposal submissions, and forecasting revenue streams.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, industry heads, and other growth leaders to ensure that crucial client insights are effectively shared and leveraged.
  • Exhibit confidence and credibility in discussions with a diverse array of decision-makers, ensuring alignment between client needs and our solutions.
  • Create compelling case studies and client testimonials, representing the company at events and forums to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team towards achieving targets, maintaining a clear view of opportunities and risks while ensuring streamlined proposal tracking.
  • Navigate negotiations with senior clients, adeptly linking the value of our offerings to pricing strategies to address concerns.

Qualifications

  • Capacity to engage effectively with decision influencers and demonstrate a deep understanding of industry shifts and client business needs.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, with extensive experience in IT services sales and consultative selling.
