See Yourself as a Procurement and Vendor Management Coordinator

As the Procurement and Vendor Management (PVM) Coordinator you are responsible for directly supporting a team of buyers and vendor management by organizing and executing a series of administrative steps across the acquisition lifecycle in accordance with department procedures. This role will be responsible for assisting in the setup, onboarding and ongoing maintenance of Radian’s Vendors as well as assisting in the operational due diligence review on those Vendors. As the PVM Coordinator will also focus on data entry and maintenance as well as quality assurance for procurement and vendor management records.

See Your Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage the setup, on-boarding and ongoing maintenance of vendors in Radian’s due diligence workflow system, including vendor profile and engagement creation, managing changes/modifications with the Vendors as needed
  • Engage Vendors for additional information and guidance through the on-boarding process, leveraging existing Radian technology and processes.
  • Complete data entry and data maintenance across all the procurement and vendor management systems.
  • Maintain and update vendor repositories as appropriate to ensure accurate and complete data (e.g. inactive vendor cleanup, removal of terminated vendors, designation of payees vs. traditional vendors, etc.)
  • Assist with operational review tasks i.e. periodic re-assessments, reporting analysis, backfilling historical data, following up on issues identified via diligence reviews etc.
  • Maintain records and updates records to enhance user experience and reporting.
  • Gather reporting and information from various internal/external sources to facilitate the diligence reviews
  • Troubleshoot and respond to questions and requests from vendors and business owners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Your Basic Education And Prior Work-Related Experience

Degree Requirement: HS Diploma or GED

Work Experience: 2 or more years of prior work-related experience

Additional Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience in procurement or vendor management environment processing procurement requests, vendor setup, and due diligence.
  • Ability to navigate technology in support of the procurement and vendor management processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, ability to work independently and think critically
  • Expertise in managing high volume production processes.
  • Ability to follow established processes accordingly with attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to changing deadlines and priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Ability to assess and anticipate process and customer needs to ensure process reliability and agility.
  • Highly organized and able to direct own work as well as work on a team.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience.
