JOB PURPOSE

The Project Analyst will provide analytical support for various projects and assist in cost and margin analysis, drafting quotes, cost estimates, and work statements.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITITES

Establishes standards for project reporting and documentation.
Ensures all supporting documentation (i.e. Statement of Work, Service Reports, and Paging License Agreement) are recorded and archived.
Responsible for capturing, cost analysis, and reporting expenses per project enabling monthly profit and loss record keeping.
Contributes to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
Conducts and presents a feasibility analysis for proposed projects.
Analyzes project data and produces insights to optimize performance.
Identifies problems and shortfalls and offering solutions.
Maintains project contracts.
Tracks, forecasts, and provides information on project progress against costs and margins.

QUALIFICATIONS

College degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of five years of experience in a professional office environment
Project administration experience required
Quote, RFI, RFP or ROI form experience a plus
Ability to make independent, critical decisions that will impact division revenue
Strong understanding of project management and data analysis
Proficiency in computer technology, Microsoft office applications, with the ability to become proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional research and reporting skills
Excellent collaborative skills and ability to maintain positive work relationships
Excellent with analyzing costs and margins
Excellent communication skills for presenting new ideas and strategies to improve current processes
Excellent oral and written skills
