Job description

We are a leader in senior living referral services. We provide families with the resources and information they need to find the best senior living options for their loved ones. Our sales team plays a crucial role in helping families navigate these important decisions by connecting them with the right senior living facilities.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to work with warm leads—no cold calling required. Our leads are pre-screened and qualified, ensuring you connect with clients who have already expressed interest in our services. The typical sales cycle is around 45 days, involving multiple touchpoints via phone, text, email, and close collaboration with senior living facilities.

Location: Fully remote

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts). Required to work one evening per week and one weekend day per week. Example schedules include Sunday-Thursday, Tuesday-Saturday, etc.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Performance: Must be able to provide specific examples and KPIs demonstrating success in previous sales roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a sales cycle with multiple touchpoints.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Base Salary: $51,500
  • Targeted Earnings: $86,500 minimum with uncapped commission potential
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
