This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM EDT (9:30PM - 6:30AM Manila time)
• Client Timezone: EDT

With a lean team of around 15 employees, they rely on outsourced support for various back-office operations, including credit underwriting, administrative tasks, pipeline management, customer service, collections, and marketing. The company is seeking to diversify its outsourcing partners to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure business continuity.


Job Description:

Join a dynamic team as a Bookkeeper and play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the integrity of our accounting processes. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for reconciling accounts, preparing invoices, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records using Xero
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts on a regular basis
• Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable/payable
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial reporting and analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices

Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
• Proficiency in Xero and strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
