Job description

Responsibilities
:

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns
  • Create and manage organic content strategy for the company’s LinkedIn page
  • Implement tactics to increase views and engagement on the LinkedIn page
  • Identify and connect with potential leads and partners on LinkedIn
  • Monitor and analyze LinkedIn growth metrics
  • Assist with overall LinkedIn growth strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing, particularly in the e-commerce sector
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s advertising platform and best practices
  • Excellent content creation skills with a focus on B2B communication
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on social media metrics
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn’s algorithm and engagement strategies

Scope:

  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns with a focus on ROI
  • Develop a content calendar and create engaging posts for organic growth
  • Implement strategies to increase follower count and engagement rates
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align LinkedIn efforts with overall brand strategy
  • Provide regular reports on LinkedIn performance and growth metrics
  • Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within the typical UK business hours
