Job description

Our client, an FSP service provider is looking to recruit a super sharp Administrative Assistant who has previously worked for a wealth advisory / investment or financial advisory company. This is a flexible half-day position, mostly remote work from home. 

Responsibilities:

Will be required to onboard clients onto CRM system
Must be able to gather outstanding documentation
Support the investment advisor with ad-hoc admin work
Must keep CRM up to date
Assist with FICA documents 


Requirements
  • Previous experience doing administrative work in FSP / Investment or Financial advisory company
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively onboard clients onto a CRM system and maintain accurate records
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
