What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architecting Innovative Solutions: Lead the design of foundational solutions on the Core Switch that meet our high standards.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and manage the Connex Maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Governance & Strategy: Oversee the Connex Switch Architectural Roadmap, ensuring we meet compliance and best practice standards.
• Technical Oversight: Provide strategic direction and technical guidance for our customers, ensuring robust and fault-tolerant systems.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to elevate our services, working closely with suppliers to resolve challenges.
• Knowledge Sharing: Cultivate a positive team environment through coaching, documentation, and collaboration.
• Champion Automation: Foster a culture that embraces automation, streamlining our processes and reducing manual tasks.

What We’re Looking For: We want a passionate and motivated individual with the discipline to dive deep into research and architect solutions that meet our business needs. Your strategic thinking (along with your significant Connex NonStop payments experience) will be key in minimizing disruptions and simplifying future developments.

Do You Qualify?

• 20+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 10+ years focused on Connex NonStop switch architecture.
• Extensive expertise in software solution design and development, including significant experience as a Senior Developer.
• A strong foundation in networks, computer hardware, and operating systems.
• An excellent understanding of security and privacy in financial services.
• Proven leadership and communication skills that resonate at all organizational levels.
