Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Deliverables Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will become part of Peraton's TSA IMPACT II program within the Program Management Office (PMO). The primary duties are to manage the Contract Delivery Requirements List documents (CDRLs) for a large Federal IT program. The ideal candidate will take on backup responsibility for one or more other PMO functions as part of overall team support. This critical position requires a high level of project management and professional skills along with a proactive, flexible approach to meet tight timelines, respond quickly to changing priorities, and continually improve CDRL delivery.

Day to Day Work Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and manage the operational aspects of CDRL delivery: Identify stakeholders; manage delivery schedules; deliver CDRLs to the government through approved online methods; and report delivery statistics and analytics.
  • Serves as the liaison for CDRL delivery across contract areas and with the government customer; coordinates with the contract Quality and Performance Manager to assess CDRL issues and develop resolutions; and develop mechanisms for monitoring progress and for intervention and problem solving with stakeholders to assure timely, high-quality delivery and maintain government customer satisfaction.
  • Oversees Knowledge Management activities, internally and in the customer technical environment.
  • Develops, executes, and updates CDRL delivery processes and schedules according to contract requirements, and communicates requirements across the program.
  • Integrates access to and manages delivery of, including updates to, deliverables through online methods to provide timely, proactive, transparent access for all authorized government and contract stakeholders, ensuring that accurate and timely information is readily available.
  • Serves as a dedicated single point of contact for deliverables, ensuring that all deliverables are assigned, reviewed, released, provided accurately and on time.
  • Coordinates with the government to confirm the CDRL repository, required communications, incorporation of government feedback, and reporting.
  • Coordinates with government points of contact and obtains approval before making changes to the CDRL format and content.
  • Coordinates within PMO and across the program to meet CDRL quality and performance requirements.
  • Analyzes CDRL delivery and recommends changes in approach, format, tools, or processes to improve effectiveness.
  • Reports CDRL delivery statistics and process improvements to the government in meetings, formal reviews, and ad hoc communications.
  • Plans and oversees execution of knowledge management activities for the program, including records/data management and integration of artifacts with a Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB).
  • Supports PMO activities based on ITIL principles with a focus on Continual Improvement.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience required, with at least 8 years of project management experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; Must have the ability to obtain/Maintain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) clearance.
  • Ability to obtain ITIL® 4 Foundation certification within 90 days of start date.
  • Experience managing program and technical document delivery with varying delivery frequency.
  • Experience with Knowledge Management, including document storage and version control.
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience writing and reviewing technical documents.
  • Experience with MS Office, including advanced skills in working with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Experience creating and maintaining MS Office templates.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and communicate with senior leaders.
  • Ability to work independently on concurrent priorities and ongoing CDRL delivery cadence.
  • Basic knowledge of IT terminology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)® active certification.
  • Agile framework experience or certification.
  • Experience with MS Visio and Teams.
  • Experience with online data reporting and dashboards.
  • Experience working on Federal Government IT programs.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
