About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and structuring of e-learning content specifically for banking clients.
Research and stay updated on the latest banking compliance regulations, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevancy of course content.
Write, translate, and edit course materials in Bengali to ensure clarity and compliance with language standards.
Contribute to creating interactive and engaging e-learning modules that are tailored to the needs of banking professionals.

Skills And Qualifications

Currently pursuing or completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification.
Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and financial standards.
Proficiency in reading and writing Bengali.
Strong research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex banking and compliance topics into clear and concise e-learning content.
Familiarity with e-learning tools or content creation platforms is a plus.
