Bruker Nano, one of Bruker’s four operating segments, provides customers in academic and governmental institutions, life science, materials, and applied industries with the tools to determine the characteristics of matter and visualize the structure of molecules. Divisions within BNANO include Bruker AXS, Bruker Nano Analytics, Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology, Fluorescence Microscopy, and Canopy.
The Service Agreement Sales Administrator is a visible and key customer facing role; responsible for providing administration support to the service agreement sales team and customers.
Responsibilities
- Track and respond or forward to responsible salesperson all incoming requests for contract or service agreement support
- Create quotations for warranty conversion
- Process all requests for insurance and compliance
- Install packet quotations
- Route and process Terms & Conditions, contractor agreements, and government contract forms and requests
- Assist support team requests
- Check all renewals & conversions have been quoted with SAP reports. Missing quotes routed to service agreement sales associates.
- Assists with marketing campaigns and track performance
- Processing POs & maintaining bookings report
- End of month tasks
- Accept sold agreements in quoting tool
- Share booked agreements with customer service
- Share 24/7 sales with service
- Create service agreement and asset history reports for review
- New supplier forms & registrations
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP and MS office preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Educational/Experience Requirements
- High school graduate
- Experience preferred, but willing to train a highly motivated
The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, skills, competencies, and job-related knowledge.
