Position Summary


We are looking for a Manager to lead a great team of 5 .Net Developers, who are creating one of our core trade solutions supporting sales for our automotive partners. We work in Agile, so we need you to be flexible (also when it comes to the methodology itself) and be able to sometimes go beyond your usual duties.


You will play the Scrum Master role for the team, supervise team members, remove obstacles.

You will also help the team to grow, prepare performance reviews and train them. We will expect you to understand product requirements and coordinate project activities – that’s why you need a strong software background (Dev, QA preferred).


Requirements


  • 3-4 years of experience as a leader of a team
  • Agile enthusiast – preferred Scrum Master certificate
  • Strong software development background – ability to understand requirements, facilitate code reviews etc. (you won’t write code yourself though)
  • Fluent English and ability to communicate with clients, product team, DevOps and other stakeholders
  • Practical experience with good software development practices
