We are a leader in innovative smart waste technology and value-added solutions from coast to coast. As we continue our growth trajectory, we are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and driven individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Associate. 

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is an enthusiastic beginner interested in developing their career in sales. 

 

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $42,500.00 + Commission 


Work Location: This role is primarily work from home, however regular visits to potential client sites are required.

 

What you will be doing:

  1. Actively seek out and visit potential clients to promote products/services and present new opportunities.
  2. Negotiate, and execute service agreements, including pricing schedules.
  3. Conduct cold calls and manage the entire sales process using CRM tools.
  4. Develop and maintain lists of prospects, set up introduction meetings, and give sales presentations.
  5. Assist in implementing new programs for clients and upsell additional services/products to meet business targets.
