THE WORK

  • Assist in the administration of HR operations, processes and policies, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and career development.
  • Conduct research on People Ops processes and best practices.
  • Provide support in the development of People Ops programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the organization's PeopleHR system.

NOTE: This is a four-month, full-time (Mon-Fri, 9-6), paid internship, with the possibility of converting to a full-time role after a successful internship.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related
  • Previous 3 to 6 months internship in HR Operations or People Ops teams in startups, ideally in the tech industry
  • Excellent business English and Spanish communication skills
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and work independently
  • Based in Mexico preferably Mexico City
  • Administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
