Summary

We offer a learning development program where you can transform your classroom knowledge and develop your skills throughout all areas in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Process employee records in our internal databases.
• Create new accounts and manage access permissions
• Human resources System audits

1. Compensation, payroll, accounting, incentives, commissions, variables, provisions, accruals, social security, hiring and termination process
2. Benefits, employer brand, employee experience, hr portal, promotions. Employee benefits
3. HR metrics: staff, turnover, diversity, inclusion
4. Analysis: HRIS, BambooHr, audits, reports
