Som Salgsingeniør er du ansvarlig for aktivt at markedsføre virksomhedens løsninger indenfor spildevand og drikkevand. Vandindustrien er i vækst både i Danmark og globalt. Hach har brug for talenter, der er entusiastiske for at være en del af vores vækstrejse.

I denne stilling vil du være en af Hach Teamet i Norden. Du vil arbejde eksternt, primært med Rådgivende Ingeniører, maskinbyggere, renseanlæg og vandværker i Danmark Øst (Sjælland). I denne rolle får du mulighed for at:

Udføre alle salgsaktiviteter inden for tildelte region/kunder for at opfylde egne og virksomhedens KPIer. Herunder kundebesøg, Teams møder, Messer, kundeseminarer m.m.

Udvikle og implementere handlingsplaner samt identificere salgsmuligheder, vækstpotentialer m.v.

Opretholde og vedligeholde salgsaktiviteter i CRM-system (Salesforce).

De væsentlige krav til jobbet inkluderer:

Uddannelse inden for analytisk kemi, biologi, miljøvidenskab eller ingeniørvirksomhed. Alternative uddannelser eller erhvervserfaring vil blive overvejet.

Erfaring med løsningssalg på det danske marked. Gerne af tekniks art.

Komfortabel med at præsentere løsninger, der er tekniske af natur.

Gode kommunikationsevner på dansk.

Skal have gyldigt kørekort og være villig og i stand til at rejse inden for regionen.

Det ville være en fordel, hvis du også har tidligere erfaring indenfor vandsektoren.

The Sales Engineer is responsible for actively promoting the company’s solutions for municipal water applications, a part that drives significant impact on the organization. The water industry in Denmark is growing in the coming years and Hach needs talent who are enthusiastic about being part of our growth journey.

This position is part of the Hach team in Denmark and will be working remotely preferably located within the East part of Denmark. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform all sales activities within assigned regions/customers to meet company objectives. Customer on-site visits are essential, virtual Teams meetings, trade shows, product demonstrations and customer seminars.
  • Develop and execute sales action plans, identifying sales objectives, sales opportunities, and major customers.
  • Prepare regular sales data such as forecasts and maintain customer activity files in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Meet or exceed monthly or annual targets in assigned areas of responsibility.


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • A degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biology, Environment Sciences or Engineering. Alternate degrees or work experiences will be considered.
  • Experience in solution selling in the Danish market.
  • Comfortable in representing solutions that are technical in nature, with experience gained in a technical environment.
  • Must have a valid driving license and be willing and able to travel within the region.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills in the Danish language.


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Knowledge and experience within the water industry.
