What Are We Looking For

MultiplyMii is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer & Funnel Builder with a strong design background and experience in web design and funnel optimization to join the client’s dynamic team.

This role will focus on designing and optimizing lead generation and eCommerce landing pages for our clients, to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.

You will play a vital role in the marketing strategy, using your expertise in digital design and funnel building to create engaging user journeys and high-impact visuals.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead UX/UI Design: Manage the overall design for eCommerce landing pages, ensuring a seamless, visually compelling user experience that drives conversions.
  • Funnel Building: Develop and optimize customer funnels with Builder.io to streamline the buyer's journey and increase conversion rates.
  • Platform Proficiency: Utilize Builder.io and other relevant platforms for smooth design execution and enhancements across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency across all designs.
  • Stay Informed: Maintain awareness of competitor activities, industry trends, and digital marketing updates to keep our strategies effective and innovative.
  • Design Execution: Translate strategic goals into actionable design elements that drive growth and engagement.
  • Optimize for Conversion: Oversee key conversion points, optimizing landing pages, CTAs, and lead-generation forms for impact.
  • Rapid Learning and Adaptation: Quickly learn and adapt to platform updates, new tools, and industry trends to enhance design output and stay current.

About You

  • Strong Design Background: Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably within eCommerce, with a portfolio that showcases digital design expertise.
  • Builder.io Proficiency: Experience using Builder.io to build and optimize funnels.
  • Adaptable Learner: Ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools, platforms, and design techniques.
  • Accountable and Goal-Oriented: Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality and timelines.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Visual Design Skills: Strong eye for layout, color, and typography with a well-rounded design portfolio.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Builder.io, and other funnel-building and design platforms.
  • Action-Oriented: Ability to execute and achieve objectives on time, ensuring high-quality design outputs.
  • Collaborative and Inquisitive: Team-oriented with an eagerness to ask questions and contribute to discussions that drive project goals.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively present design concepts and collaborate across teams.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ Years of eCommerce UI/UX Design Experience: Focused on creating and optimizing landing pages for conversion.
  • Proficient in Builder.io visual CMS and other design tools for aesthetically pleasing quality output
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX in the conversion journey.
  • High-Level Design Quality: Skilled at integrating design excellence, applying concepts
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred But Not Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Analytics and Testing Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms such as Google Optimize or Optimizely, and heat mapping tools like Hotjar.
  • Certification: Google Analytics Individual Qualification preferred
