People Specialist

Location: Tartu

We are looking for a People Specialist to join our team in Tartu. You'll play a key role in nurturing our company culture and fostering a great employee experience by supporting our international team with administrative tasks, creating an inviting work environment, organizing engaging events, and contributing to various People team processes and initiatives.


✍️ As a People Specialist at Xolo, you will be:

  • Creating a welcoming office environment that runs like a clock, keeping our people happy and productive.
  • Planning and conducting people-focused initiatives, including team events and benefits programs, to enhance employee experience and engagement.
  • Nurturing great employee experience, from recruitment to offboarding people. 
  • Contributing ideas and executing improvements in People team processes, making sure we use the best practices.
  • Organizing equipment, supplies, and cooperation with relevant 3rd parties.
  • Supporting our global team with various administrative tasks.


🔎 You are the one we are looking for if you have:

  • A degree in HR and/or previous experience in office management or related activities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • A passion for creating positive employee experiences and workplace culture.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Estonian.
