AI/ML Solutions Leader

About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced AI/ML Solutions Leader to help shape our machine learning and AI initiatives in the sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation in ML/AI, a keen understanding of industry processes, and demonstrated leadership in business strategy and/or product management. In this role, you’ll oversee the development and enhancement of AI/ML technology solutions, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and serve our stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with various internal teams, including Business Operations, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing, to understand business requirements, prioritize solutions, and align on technical roadmaps.
• Technical Roadmap Management: Spearhead AI/ML project initiatives aligned with business objectives, and oversee performance and value creation.
• Define Vision and Goals: Partner with stakeholders to establish the vision, goals, processes, and KPIs for AI/ML systems and applications.
• Innovation and Impact: Lead the development of AI/ML solutions that respond to industry trends and customer needs, enhancing our offerings and delivering customer value.
• Continuous Improvement: Define, monitor, and act upon key performance indicators to drive ongoing refinement of AI/ML solutions.

Requirements

• Education: BS in Computer Science, Engineering, ML, Data Science, or a related field (MS, MBA, or PhD preferred).
• Experience: 8+ years of leadership experience in large-scale technical solutions, ideally on cloud platforms, within industry or consulting.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of ML/AI algorithms, with 5+ years of experience in Python and SQL, and the ability to drive projects from ideation to deployment.
• Leadership Skills: Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and strong communication skills for conveying technical information across the organization.
• Innovation and Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes with autonomy and collaborate across functions to achieve impactful results.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Cross-Functional Experience: Familiarity with Product, Data Science, ML/AI, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Agile Development Knowledge: Experience in Scrum or agile methodologies.
  
  

Compensation

The compensation for this role includes a base salary in the range of $179,688 to $342,500 plus an annual variable bonus, which may include cash and equity. Additionally, the position may be eligible for a sign-on RSU grant. Final compensation within this range will be based on factors such as role-specific skills, depth of experience, industry background, education, and location.
