Job Overview
Assist in managing a single/multiple clinic, providing ambulatory patient care services. By supervising daily operations and patient care activities. Ensures staff provides high quality, accessible, cost effective and patient focused services to patients across the continuum which comply with local, state, and federal requirements. Implements and supervises the maintenance of clinical practice standards, budgets, and staff development. Assists in integrating services/operations with nursing standards of practice, service priorities and performance/outcome measures, as well as with business, departmental and organizational goals/objectives.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of experience in a directly related healthcare field.
2. Two 2 years in ambulatory care or other relevant healthcare experience required; OR Minimum two (2) years in a leadership capacity
3. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Compensation
$95,401.12 - $119,251.40 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer

The range is subject to change.
